Confluence keeps every version of a page, but it has no notion of approval — so nothing notices when an approved document is edited and the approval quietly stops meaning anything. This app adds that layer.
- An approval belongs to a specific page version. Edit the page and it returns to In review automatically.
- Approved pages lock to their approvers, and unlock again when the document needs revising.
- One workflow is targeted by rule across every space, instead of copied into each one.
- Review periods expire approvals on schedule, flagged as overdue.
- An audit view lists every governed page with its state, approver, approval date and next review date.
